Your booking confirmation contains:
- Your payment details
- Your booking details
- Contact details for your hotel
- Contact details for your booking agent for changes or questions regarding your booking
- Your room details
- Cancellation information
- Check-in instructions
- Special check-in instructions
How to download your booking confirmation from your dashboard:
Head to your dashboard and click on Bookings in the menu. Click on the arrow on the right side of your booking and choose to Download booking confirmation. You can also click on the booking to go to an online version of your booking confirmation.
