When will I be charged?

When booking a room, you often have the option to pay online or pay at the hotel. The payment option is always displayed on each individual result page.

If you choose to pay online, you pay the full amount immediately. You can see the amount due for online payment listed as Pay now.

If you choose to pay at the hotel and the rate is refundable, you will be charged when you check-in or check-out (depending on the hotel). If the rate is not refundable, you will be charged approximately three days after you make the booking. The hotel or accommodation will charge you for your stay in the local currency. You can see the amount due for payment at the hotel listed as Due at property.

If you book non-refundable, you will be charged immediately.

Please note: In some cases The property may charge the non-refundable portion of the full amount, when this reservation is entering the non-refundable window. The paid amount would be either refunded or deducted from the final payment due at the property.

Some hotels charge additional fees at check-in.

To avoid surprise fees, remember to check fees due at property at check-out when booking a room. Taxes and fees are included in the price shown at check-out, and will be listed with the payment information.
