Can I see bookings that have been made offline in my GetThere profile?

Yes, and these bookings should automatically sync to your online profile.

In the event that your bookings don’t sync to your online profile, go to “Manage Trips” and select “Claim offline reservation”, where you will be prompted to add in your booking reference (PNR) and your last name.
