This is dependent on the flights you are booking - low cost carriers such as Easyjet and Ryanair cannot be held as they pull content directly from the airline’s website and not through a reservations system. However, if you are booking on a full service airline (e.g. British Airways, KLM), you may be able to hold flights for a short period of time depending on flight availability and how far ahead your scheduled departure time is.
