Goodwings is a third party provider, and we are therefore not permitted by law to provide invoices for hotel bookings (See: Terms and conditions).
If you require an invoice for tax and/or VAT purposes, you should always choose to “Pay at Hotel” when booking a hotel through Goodwings. When you choose to “Pay Online”, it is our hotel provider that charges your card, and as they are not based in the EU, they are unable to provide a VAT invoice. We therefore recommend that when searching for a hotel on Goodwings, you use the filters in the “Amenities” drop down menu to only show hotels that will allow you to pay at the hotel. When the hotel is acting as the merchant, they are able to provide you with a VAT invoice.
